I recall a conversation showing my age with Steve Ajao on Messenger that began with watching SUPER stars in the 60's such as Carl Perkins (Blue Suade Shoes) and BB King at the Odeon New Street, here is a snippet of our chat on messenger .....

I am sure some of you have similar recall of such events. The old days of Mothers In Erdington could fill a complete webpage itself. From Muddy Waters, Rory Gallagher with Taste to The Who doing their stuff and hundreds more during it's 3 years of opening and being rated the best live music venue in the World, it was not much bigger than our own Tower of Song.

On to the new local musicians making the grade and searching for that big break.
